Function and characteristic
1.This machine is designed and manufactured based on the characteristics of high speed, high precision, high efficiency, reliable stability and security.
2.control system: adopt international brand PLC, industrial human-computer interface and frequency converter electrical control system, realize quickly change order, slotting unit can realize quickly change order, intelligentized all-around process control function, more humanized during machine production and adjustment, higher security, greatly improved rate of finished products.
3.transmission system: transmission gear adopt 20CrMnTi alloy steel, accurate grinding, 6 grade precision, hardness HRC58-62, adopt key-less adapter ring and crosshead shoe structure, realize gear no space transmission, achieve long-term printing registration.
4.Inking system: Adopt high precision anilox roller and inking rubber roller, independent motor drive, overrun clutch separation, pneumatic lift plate, inking system intelligent switch on and off.
5.The material of the wallboard is HT250, thickness is 50mm, after precipitation heat treatment, processed by
large-scale machining center, guarantee high strength and high precision.
Computer control system
1.Control panel is equipped with 10.4-inch human-computer interface colorful touch screen, in addition, each group of text display can control and display the current phase, plate roll lateral position, man-machine interaction and manual-electronic double operating system, easier for operation.
2.current position memory: When machine working, if need open machine to clean the plate or few changing printing plate, confirm recover to original position after machine combination.
3.Data storage: slotting department if processing product data correct, save current data, could save 500 orders for future use, save time for the next time.
4.Controllable anilox roller lift and down: When a group no need to be printed temporary, this group anilox roller no need falling and cleaning. When paper feeding start and stop, anilox roller lift and down in turn, reduce color difference, the product yield is greatly increased.
5.Main screen display order set number, actual production number, automatic alarm after quota finished and stop feeding automatically, anilox roller separate from the printing plate.
