Feeding unit：

Line-touching part：
The Line-touching part servo control is independent, and the depth is adjustable. Effectively correct the cardboard line and ensure the width of the carton opening. It can realize the continuous touching of the line without stopping and improve the production speed
Folding gluing part：
Imported wear-resistant rubber belt conveyor board, can use longer time; Paperboard correction device and creasing device, the creasing wheel is adjustable, suitable for paperboard thickness 2-8mm; Secondary creasing mechanism can be used for secondary creasing of poor quality cardboard creasing.
Stitching part：
Can be controlled separately, the stitching head automatically rise and fall, realize no need to remove any parts, free conversion of folder gluing and stitching function, one key adjustment, simple and fast operation. Three servo control, using manipulator paper structure (front blocking and back push), make the cardboard forming more accurate.
Counting stacking output part：
The counting and stacking principle is simple and reliable. The whole stacking part moves electrically to ensure the stable output of the carton with large deviation.

The whole machine electrical appliances refer to European standards, in line with the concept of safe and reliable work, easy operation and maintenance design and production. Using color touch man-machine interface and Siemens main control PLC control (double touch screen, double PLC), easy to operate, humanized strong, touch man-machine interface and main control PLC are reserved on the program upgrade interface, convenient for future equipment upgrade and use. The main power motor of the machine is frequency conversion and speed regulation, using Siemens brand frequency converter, stable speed, environmental protection and energy saving (about 30%), and full protection of the motor (when the voltage is too high or too low, when the motor is overheated or the current is too high, the frequency converter will automatically alarm and stop moving, with the corresponding alarm code displayed).
